How Our Service Works

Our service is remarkably easy to use.  Just follow the steps below.

1)                  Call our office and provide the following information: 1) the borrower’s name, Address, and phone number and 2) the Escrow Number, Or Use Our Convenient Online Request Form.

2)                  We will give you the name and address of a signer in the area who will perform the signing service.

3)                  You send the signer the loan package (including a pre-paid return envelope).

4)                  The signer will contact the borrower and set up an appointment.

5)                  After the signing is complete, we will contact you and documents will be returned to you via the courier envelope you enclosed with the loan package.

6)                  Generally, an invoice will be sent to you the day after a signing is completed.
